Not that good of a chance. Assuming he has paired via the board, you still
have just 6 outs for your pair, plus four outs for the straight. 10 outs
total, and you'll be paying on the turn and river just to find out if you're
beat or not.

You may have him beat now. Maybe he has a King high or a draw. Are you
willing to pay down the turn and river to find out? If not, it doesn't
matter that you're ahead, because you aren't going to be able to take
advantage of it.

Without much of a read, and having to call a pot sized raise just to see the
turn, I would just fold. Live to fight another day.
