You are one of the people on here whose opinion on poker I respect. I
know you have played a few WSOP events and believe you are/were a pro
player? Are you still pro? Were you ever pro? If so how did you (do
you) like the life playing professionally? What is your main game? Cash
games? What limits?

I'm primarily a tournament player-- cash games bore me to tears.
I played professionally for a while about five years ago, but
not for all that long. My intention was to play professionally
for about six months and then go back to work, and that's about
what I did.

Playing professionally is a hard way to make an easy living. At
the time, online play really wasn't all that viable, so I spent
a lot of time in cardrooms. It was fascinating to do, but it's
not something I would want to do for years on end-- six months
was about the right length of time for me.

These days I'm primarily a SNG specialist, because they suit my
attention span quite nicely. I play live tournaments from time
to time, but not very often anymore.
