I learned that it is possible to generate random numbers with a true-random number method on personal computers. And that the technique uses electronic jitter from the player's own computer for entropy.

Maybe, maybe not -- the mere existence of a patent doesn't prove the technology. Wilber's unwillingness to submit his "invented relevant mathematics" to peer review and the lack of independent evaluation/review of the software are valid reasons for skepticism. One might even speculate on the possibility of a back door.

Also, I don't have any connection with the Comscire.com company.

If that's true I'd be really interested in hearing how you're not violating their patents.

It's obvious to me that you are not as familiar with this method of generating random numbers as you seem to think you are. However, I am not expert myself on this topic since this would involve an electronic engineering background. But I do know that this technique has been discussed in technical papers, and has been used previously before any specific patents for it, as far I know.
And also you do not seem to be familiar with how patents are written. However, I am not an expert on this topic either, but I do not believe that I am infringing on any patent rights. Because the methods or techniques that I am using do not duplicate the claims made in the patent.

Also, these programs I am working on, are a "work in progress". And I am still learning about random number generation and the problems involved with producing random numbers on computers. And for now, I will have to use available source code where needed, such as for a RNG, and rely more on testing the results.
