you have the same problem with food, clothing and housing. You seem to be
in the same box as Dutch. You might consider a move to a country that has
the sort of protections that you like better than the one we have.

not have insurance.

And you skip the "point" that deciding not to have insurance is your choice
.... I will be the first to want the disincentives for lowering health
insurance costs be removed.

You "assume" too much in your example. It is the small errors up front that
