Poker Tracker a can of worms?

I got the poker tracker working, apart from some date issues but that's not
important.
I am winning only 3BB/100 over about 30,000 hands which is lower than I
thought but that includes the bad run recently. Its not exaclty paying a
wage but it's fun, a start and I am trying to improve.
What has surprised me is that over those hands AQs and AQo have cost me
money. I have won with AA,KK, QQ JJ, and all pairs down to 44. AKs and o, AJ
s and o,even KQ s and o and KJ s an o. But not AQ.
I have also won with 94 off. and not always from the blinds. I don't ever
remember playing 94 off by choice. It is always from late position or
blinds, so unless I was getting cocky from the button I can't explain this.
Position has thrown up a surprise too , I have won from button to 7
inclusive but positions 4 and 5 are my most profitable. Button comes 3rd.
I now see that the blinds have cost me big. My win rate without the blinds
goes up by a factor of about 6. the rake increases it further by a factor of
2. IE without rake and blinds I would be winning 38 BBs per 100 hands .
Rakeback is a must if I can find a good site, Am open to suggestions.
My play has got to tighten up, and I need to be more aggressive preflop. I
am officially semi loose passive/aggressive.
My showdown rate is between 50 and 60 % for every position bar position 3
which is 47%.
Are the stats re position and AQ unusual? If so is there any obvious advice
that I am missing.
The AQ worries me as when I started paying poker a couple of years ago, I
remember saying to the guy who taught me that I never won with AQ, maybe I
have a mental block with it.
Any advice on the blinds thing?
Any comments appreciated. If they are bad please give constructive advice,
don't just flame.
A
