It probably can't be done, now, and setting aside a small portion of
each person's S.S. tax for private/individual investment doesn't seem
worth the bother. It's, at present, a sacrifice of the use of your own
money in the most beneficial way, and can't be considered a handout when
receiving an S.S. check.
