Suited connectors and one gappers are down to 43/53 are key playing hands
in NL, so I'm reasonably glad to play them against any number of opponents
in any position for less than 5% of my stack. I'll usually raise coming
in if no one has and it's still be below 5% just to put a little deception
on the hand.
