There are plenty of countries willing to sell weapons. My guess, and it's
only a guess, is that the big difference is in the fighter planes. The
other big difference is that the US also conducts joint military
excercises with these countries where they learn how to actually fight
with the stuff.
At any rate this is all per usual except that this time we want to do
something to counter the growing Iranian threat.
As for peace: Someone tell me when there has been peace. Ever.
