Mike Caro has stated he has "no objection to bots on poker sites". He
has stated he'd program the 'bots' to be small losers.

How foolish are you people? First, Mike Caro doesn't have the final
say on any of this, or on Planet Poker which he was part of a few
years ago.

The fact he has stated, "he have the bots programmed to lose a little"
should wake up the dead. But, it seems many RGPers are dead, 'BRAIND-
DEAD'.

All we talk about is price gouging, huge profit taking and corporate
coruption everywhere, yet many of you think you're going to have
people program 'bots' to lose?

The fact you can program 'bots' to lose, means you can also program
certain REAL account to get more than their share of 'NO BRAINERS',
meaning set over set and such. Bots are the biggest threats in cash
games, beyond the levels most RGPers play, but they still are a threat
as you have a step ladder effect in these satellites. These bots
wouldn't be winning these tourneys, but they'd be cashing either at
the cusp of the final table or the end of the final two.

It's like getting AA several times at the beginning of a tourney or
getting them at the end of one. The averages remain the same as far as
percentages, yet the monetary results are like night and day.

When I first started playing, I never said a word. I just watched and
listened, for I was smart enough to realize I didn't know a thing. It
took me over 5 years to get a voice and I was a quick study. I also
played 60 hours a week during those 5 early years.

Russ, are there any fair online poker sites left? I don't trust the
big three: Absolute, Stars, and Fulltilt.

I don't know anyone who's making enough playing cash games that it's
profitable enough to stay home and play instead of going to the B&M.
Five years ago, I knew at least a 100 that were averaging at least 4
figures a week. Most of the Pro players I know have quit online
totally

The've all gone back to B&Ms as have I. I rarely play online anymore,
as all I really beat are the tournies (show a profit). The cash game
figures are stagnant at best on any site.

I don't play for fun, I play for a living. I do get bored once in a
while and have eliminated all online accounts.

Numbers for players are totally inflated. But, because people are so
naive, they believe the 90K players or other ridiculous numbers that
are posted. Most don't realize about a third are Play money, another
third are freerollers and the higher mid level games have been almost
decimated.

Has man ever developed any machine that players put money that can be
beat? The fact is, machines are cheaper and they guarantee a profit,
more than can be said of any player incorporated game.
