You're out of luck looking online. You just need to ask around, you
have to find "The Man" the kid in your college/neighborhood who has
the balls to go into the DMV and distract someone to steal some of the
necessary components and who has a whole ridiculous setup with special
printers etc. There aren't a helluvalot of those types of people.
Research trying to edit your license? I remember New York being really
easy...anything with heavy laminate you can forget about.

Online - if you're lucky - you're going to pay $150 for some bull***
"International identification card" that will take like 3 months to
arrive and will be having bartenders/card room dudes in
hysterics...and you either out of there quick or in cuffs. Just have
someone cop a 30 rack for you, or do what you can to look older,
survey the weak spots in security checks where you're going and try to
breeze through. I used to stroll into Foxwoods when i was 17 and
looked like i was 15, usually could sit down and play slots for half
an hour before i got carded. That's probably not what you're looking
for though...
