You make it sound like her husband strangled her to death. The law was
followed. The courts ruled. The decision was not made lightly. All
sides were heard. There were multiple reviews. The poster above asked
if
I read whatever it was that he linked. Of course I didn't but if it is
available to him I can rest assured that the judges did. What more do
you
want? A denial of reality? What I really can't understand, the thing
that baffles me the most, is why you would want the woman to suffer? And
if she wasn't suffering, if she was simply a vegetable as the courts
determined then why do you insist that she live like that? What is the
purpose? If there is a hereafter why not let her get to it? That is
what
I don't understand.
Having said all of that, if I were the husband I would've turned custody
over to her family. They were so distraught that I wouldn't have been
able to be callous enough to continue as he did so long as the doctor's
assured me that she was completely comfortable and not suffering or in
pain. Although I am satisfied w/ the outcome because I think I can rely
on the experts and the courts if her family was THAT adamant I'd have let
them have her and let them have their peace.
It is still the case that the Repubs acted horribly. The screeching
hysteria and the disregard for the legal proceedings, the opinion of the
experts and the very private nature of the situation was nauseating to
me.
Small government, freedom loving republicans indeed.
As I said, I met her brother, listened to him, talked with him. I suspect
you don't know as much as you think you do about the case. If I may make
a suggestion, Howard, perhaps if you do not really know what the ***
you're talking about, perhaps you should just lurk for awhile.
I'll stand by my statement, and I didn't reach this conclusion
haphazardly. If it was my daughter, I'd fix that mutherfucker. And that's
for sure, pal. I would fix that mutherfucker good.

WTF did the guys say to make you feel that way? You must think the husband
caused her condition in some malicious or intentional way. Is that it?
