Pressured to give tipping to Commerce floor

Dear RGPers-
Few days ago, I found myself in mid-limit table in Commerce.
Fortunately, it was a good day with winning of more than a Grand.
When I cash the winning at a cage, one floor was waiting behind me!
Apparently I am pressured to give $20 dollar bill to him, since it was
a smallest bill in my hand. Actually this was my second time to pay
$20 bill, with pressured situation.
In New Jersey, I never see any tipping to floorman. However, in
Commerce, it is allowed for a floor to make cash money from players.
I guess the management of Commerce allow them to get tipping from
players, due to low official income.
Anyone have experience like me?
