It's interesting but I totally disagree with his statement
"The fewer chips your opponent has, the more precious they
are to him."
I think the smaller the chip stack the more likely his is
to make a risky move be it a bet, call or raise if for no
other reason than to lose it and get the hell out of there.
I agree on that. Also, the fewer chips he has, the less he
has to call, and if the pot is large, you often get very "good"
odds on calling off the last of your chips, which leads to a
lot of dumb choices where people call off the last few chips
drawing stone cold dead.
Also, having few chips might sometimes be a pretty good indicator
of how much they valued the chips they USED to have.
