History is either a series of accidents, or it isn't. Frankly, I know
better.

Everyone readily admits that there is such a thing as the MAFIA and
organized crime. That is evil men getting together in a conspiracy of
criminal enterprise. But mention the possibility that equally evil men,
some who are raised with a silver spoon and gone to the best of
universities, could also engage in conspiratorial planning and shaping of
world events, of history, and now all of a sudden one is a "nutcase". It is
YOU who is incredibly naive, Fleece, not me. I'm one perceptive
mutherfucker.
