Re: I Need Your Opinion on Absolute Poker

I'm in Australia and have never had a connection problem to absolute, its
always rock solid for me. Is Windows ME even still supported by
microsoft. Instead of depositing I would upgrade your pc to a more secure
operating system. No use making thousands at absolute if you make it easy
for ppl to hack your pc but being lazy about the OS.

I just downloaded the Absolute Poker site program, because it offers a
$250 matching bonus for first-time players.

It also says that you can use VISA card from the USA.

Right away I'm asking why OTHER sites can't get VISA to deposit to
them. Even Full Tilt can't take VISA.

But also, I noticed connection problems, esp when I tried to "download
skins."

Also, I would get to a play money table (to practice using the
selftware) and no players were visible, even though the menu said the
table had players.

This may be due to my Windows ME platform, my 384 gigs of RAM, or
other issues. Or the site may experience frequent disconnects, like
Party Poker did in the old days.

Has YOUR experience with Ab Poker been good, bad or indifferent?

Thanks for any help from anyone.
