An off-topic post every now and then is fine. But that's not the case

you. At least 95% of what you post to this group is off-topic.

Have you got any statistics to back that up? I suggest you review my entire
posting history, which has more original analytical poker content than 99%
of RGP posters have ever posted. That means I have earned the right to post
OT.

posting is extremely popular on RGP -- there is no doubt about that. And I
am the acknowledged king of OT posts. But I have contributed and continue
to contribute substantial on topic content. Why don't you go after some of
the OT posters who NEVER post on topic?

Just make sure you send them
the headers of the offending posts and quote the policy that he is
violating.
That should help them take the appropriate action sooner (The actions they
may take are listed in section 3 in the above link.)

Sprint/Earthlink over $80/month for eight years for a high-speed DSL
connection and land line. You think they are going to throw me off the
train because some *** like you complained about my OT posting on RGP?
Especially when they can look at RGP and see that OT posting is extremely
popular, and that literally hundreds of posters participate in the OT
threads. Get real.

You are a usenet Nazi, nothing more. You think you still have power to make
people conform to obsolete usenet rules designed before there even was an
internet, when people were using 300 baud modems, and the computers had a
lot less CPU power than a modern hand calculator.

In the modern era we have 5-megabit DSL connections, processors more
powerful than million dollar mainframes of a few years ago, and newsreaders
with killfiles to filter out undesirable posters and filters to kill all
threads whose title starts with "OT:". You have absolutely no reason to
complain about me or OT posting. You can killfile me, and you can filter
out all OT posts.

You are just a fanatical control freak who is determined to stop me from
posting OT to RGP. You will not succeed, but go ahead and try. You are
just wasting your time. You usenet Nazis are no longer in control of
usenet.

Those days are gone forever. None of you usenet Nazis are going to have any
control or influence over my behavior. Send all your complaints to my ISP.
Nothing will ever be done beyond a couple of form letter emails.

complaint with Earthlink, and that you are actually encouraging others to
file similar complaints. It should be no problem at all to find out exactly
who you are. Earthlink will probably tell me who you are. Otherwise, a
simple hack of the Earthlink abuse database will give me that information.

Like I said, knock yourselves out. When I first started posting to RGP
there was a determined organized campaign to silence me by complaining to
Earthlink. I got a couple of form letter emails. Big fucking deal. I
never got a personalized email telling me I was violating usenet or
Earthlink rules, or that my usenet posting privileges would be suspended if
I continued OT posting. Even if Earthlink did suspend my usenet posting
privileges, so what? I would just post using a web interface like recpoker.
As long as I am not using Earthlink usenet servers, do you think Earthlink
gives a *** what I post through a web interface? Stop taking yourself so
fucking seriously. The only people who care what you usenet Nazis think are
other usenet Nazis.

By the way, since you are encouraging people to send complaining emails to
the Earthlink Abuse Department, let me close by encouraging all RGP readers
who enjoy my OT posts AND my substantial posting history of valuable poker
content -- let me encourage you to email the Earthlink Abuse Department
explaining to them that my posting, both on topic and off topic, makes RGP
much more valuable and interesting to you. While you are at it, explain to
them that a group of vindictive usenet Nazis are trying to silence me, for
motives only they understand.
