WPX rebating tournament fees finally?

I just got an email from WPX (as probably anyone else registered
there did) announcing they're rolling out a bunch of things, one of
them being a retroactive rebate of tournament fees. They have said
they're going to do this from the start, but for whatever reason, were
having software problems with it. In any case, I've never seen that
money.

No big deal, but if anyone was holding back because of the tournament
fees thing, it might be time to check out WPX again.
