Not quite. You're forgetting the energy needed to enrich the uranium.
Whether it's done by gaseous diffusion or centrifugal separation (which
takes only about 5 percent as much energy), you still expend more
energy on enrichment, building the reactor and the bomb, etc. than you
get out of the bang. The Universe always takes a rake off the pot...

In the case of nuclear power plants, where is the rake collected?
