idea of what Gary is trying to teach you. Dig through the archives and
read about any of this, especially posts by Gary, Tom Weideman, Bill
Chen, Jerrod Ankenman, Brian Alspach and Andrew Prock. There's a lot
of material there that will explain where you're going wrong in your
thinking. It was tremendously helpful for me.

He won't do it, Peg. His "feeling" that unlikely sequences are happening to
hime too often is too deeply entrenched in his mind; no amount of facts, logic,
explanation or references is going to get through to him.
<sigh> too bad we have such a steady parade of these types through here, who
shout their rants for a while, then disappear.
