Re: How Party Poker has stolen MY money

Trust me O Malley could care less about RGP.
This site is what it should be . "A spam site"
RGP has no influence whatsoever in the poker world.
Please if you want to improve your skills and get advice do as I do and
visit 2+2 forums or Cardplayer.com.

This is the first time I've ever posted on here and until my mess
with Party Poker started a couple weeks ago, I've never heard of RGP
but I have alot to say about this company and it's employees. I
received a transfer from a friend a couple weeks ago which they now say
was from a "fraudulent" account. This is a flat out lie. My friend
has not played on Party Poker in a year and had 0 dollars in his
account. He receives an e-mail from Party which I will share with you.
"Now's the perfect time to return to PartyPoker.com - we've made tons
of improvements to the site, and there are even more mega prizes up for
grabs.

To say 'thanks' and welcome back, we're giving you a special gift
of 75 USD. Better still, it's ready and waiting in your account right
now*!"

Now after he receives this e-mail he played on the account for a day or
so and played in a tournament which I was a witness to and won
approximately 2000 dollars. After he played a few more days he
transferred money into my account that he owed me. A few weeks later
my account is frozen. Now I know what you're thinking, he must've
cheated in the tournament. NOPE. I watched him play part of it and he
doesn't cheat or has he ever been accused of cheating. Now getting
back to my account. I e-mailed Party Poker to inquire as to why my low
limit baby account had been frozen(by the way this is my first online
poker account and will be my last) and Party Poker doesn't respond. I
e-mailed them again, about 8 times over a couple weeks and nothing,
nada, zilch, no response. So I call them between emails. They say,
your account is under investigation, I say for what they say we can't
tell you, I say when can you tell me, they say 2 or 3 days. That was 3
weeks ago. My friend Brian Court says, "does the 400 dollars mean that
much to you", I say not really but I don't like this company, they took
my money and won't respond. He says "I'll take it to RGP and make
OMalley respond". That's the first time I heard of this newsgroup.
OMalley responds and says that the transfer came from a shady account.
That's a crock of ***. I just told you how that account had money in
it, it came from Party itself and a tournament. Now I don't know
anything about this Mr. OMalley and I'm as irish as it gets but when I
read they he said
I emailed him and said Party had responded to my inquiries well that's
a flat out lie. The only email I've received from Party through this
whole ordeal is an automated one about two weeks after my account was
frozen which said your cashout(which I never put in for seeing that I
can't get into my account) is pending. The one that says it's approved
was never sent.
Now if I never heard of RGP I never would've gotten anywhere with
Party, which up until this point I still haven't gotten anywhere but at
least someone from the company was finally forced to respond. Their
response still lacks credibility but they responded. I hate this
company with a passion. I don't trust anybody involved with them
anymore. I don't even think I'll look at Mike Sexton the same way.
Where things stand now is Mr. OMalley told me
to call another guy from Party today past noon EST. If this guy gives
me a song and dance that's it I'm through chasing 400 dollars around.
My wish is this company goes under, the reality is it will go on
business as usual and keep stepping on the little guy with no
regulation.

Yours truly,
Brian Murphy
