Like so many who are consumed by pointless anger and petty nonsense,
you're in such a hurry to spew your asinine bile that you don't bother to

Isn't awareness of one's own ignorance (the lack of knowledge) the very
best reason to ask a question? I was not aware of any legal precedent
that asserted a constitutional right to unionize...which is why I asked
for a citation. Further note that was ALL I said on the matter. I did
not comment nor make any counter-assertion. Had you not been in such a
hurry to make an ass of yourself you might have noticed that I never
presumed anything. That error is all yours.

Under what fascist, un-American view of the Constitution would freedom of
association not include the right to join any peaceful association, union or
otherwise, that one pleases?

There's a large difference between one's right to join a peaceful
association...and requiring a business owner to restrict his hiring to
members of that association. Next time try a little reading and thought,
and give the mindless hyperbole a rest.
