No, read my setup again:
In addition, you set up the outgoing mail queue to only
send approved message, and you moderate the queue.
These are users on HIS server. He sets his mail queue to
approval only. If he doesn't approve, the E-mail never
gets sent out to USENET for distribution, it goes to
/dev/null instead and dies.
Why would the spammer use HIS server for posting
to RGP? When the spammer has countless other
choices to post through. He still gets his spam onto RGP.
Am I missing something here?

(Why do people forget that I'm a former system
administrator and that I've created 4 web businesses from
scratch, including installing NetBSD or SUSE Linux
operating system, Apache 1 or Apache 2 mail server, and
MyPHPAdmin / MySQL backends? I'm not asking for blind
faith, just a little love!)
