Poker Nightmare

This was weird because it was the first time I ever actually jumped out of
bed still asleep.
I'm playing over my bankroll 50-100 NLHE at the Reno Hilton. DaVoice is in
seat 1. There's a tall skinny guy I've never seen before in seat 2. His
faceless buddy is in seat 3. I am thinking these last two guys are probably
pretty bad players. They look pretty rough. I'm seat 4, and I'm vaguely
aware of some other people downtable. I have pocket queens. Rick checks, the
second guy makes a small bet, his buddy calls, and I grab a good chunk of
blacks to raise. Rick folds and the two of them call. The flop comes Q4x.
Yes. I flopped a set. Safe board. Again the skinny guy bets into me and his
buddy calls and I see Rick is a little surprised. This time I grab like a
whole stack of black to raise. Rick says "when he raises he's serious" and I
remember thinking "come on Rick... shut up" but I quickly forgive him when
they both call. Then the dream cuts right to the river card...a 4. Only
quads can beat me. The pot is just freaking massive and I remember thinking,
"Hmmm, maybe instead of going home we'll go to Colorado for few weeks". I'm
already spending the money! Finally they are checking to me. So I am looking
down at my remaining chips wondering how much they'll call, and I look up
and the board is completely gone! I just freak out I'm yelling to the skinny
guy "where's the board?! where's the board?!". Then I look for the dealer
and it's this dealer I know from way back and he's pacing about 20 feet away
from the table looking very distracted and smoking a cigarette. I jump out
of my chair and I'm glaring down at the skinny guy because I know they are
trying to cheat me and he says meekly "I guess we'll all just have to take
our money back" and his friend is agreeing with him. I was just about to
totally lose it when I woke up standing beside the bed.
Never go back to bed after a breakfast buffet.
