Rich, those things do matter, imho. The way you carry yourself, the
way you dress, the way you speak, etc. You are always being judged
whether you realize it or not. It is the same with spelling or
grammatical errors on a resume. What is a small typo on a resume?
Well, they may make a typo on a document they give to the president of
the company. The way you present yourself to the world is how the
world evaluates you. Better, once again imho, to go along with it
rather than fight it.
