Can they really be this incompetent? The tourney is delayed over three hours and the problem is on your end? What is next? Are they going to accuse you of causing the delay? Will they deduct the prize pool from your account?
I am not really happy with Party myself. I was playing that insane reload from a couple weeks ago. Right after I cleared the first stage, they blocked my account without notice. I called them to find that they suddenly required a copy of my drivers license. I am a straight up player and was quite angry with the implications. I also had concerns about identity theft. The rep said that I could cover the DL number. I sent in the DL and several hours later was told that the DL must be "unaltered." More outrage and hoops. Eventually I did fax in the "unaltered" DL and promptly defunded my account after it was unblocked. I am not sure I made the right decision with the DL however. Should I be worried? I am curious as to what others do when they are asked for ID? Since I use neteller for all transactions and have been for 20 months with no issues, it all seems very strange to me.

end. Will try again.
Dear Nick,
Thank you for contacting us.
We have done a complete check of our server logs and the connection status prevailing at the time you reported the problem and we do not see any disconnection issue rising from our end.
The tournament ($35K Gtd. ($100/$9) 651835) you registered for was running fine from our end and other players at the tables were able to continue with the game normally without any connection problems.
Please note that you have faced this problem as you were disconnected from the game. The disconnection could have risen due to a network problem over the Internet connection at that particular time which could have caused you to lose your connection. The connection between your computer and our servers is established through several other intermediate servers and your service provider decides the path taken by the connection. Hence, if there was a network congestion or disconnection at one of these intermediate servers, it could cause you to disconnect from the game.
We have researched into this matter thoroughly, and would not be able to refund you as the money has been awarded to the winners. Please check our Disconnection Protection and Cancellation Policy for more details:-

When you are disconnected from a table, please log out of the table and log back in. If this does not work, you will have to log out of the Lobby completely and log back in, and if you are still not able to play at the table, you will have to restart your connection.
Thank you for choosing us as your online gaming site!
