Britain and France went to when Germany was expanding EASTwards....now I know
geography is not really a strong point for the average US citizen, but try
getting out an atlas and see where Britain and France is compared to Germany.


Cue the US bailing the euros asses out of the fire. Cue US action
saving the world from euro inaction.

Britian and France declared war on Germany in 1939, when the Germans invaded
Poland.  The US entered the war in late 1941, when Germany declared War on
the
US after the Japanese attacked Peral Harbour....

Note, the US did not enter the war for the reason of  'bailing the euro asses
out of the fire', or to 'save the world from euro inaction', but war was
declared on them by Germany.  Seems your history is just as bad as your
geography.

Well put. The attitude that the USA "went to war to save euro ass" is
pervasive in American culture, and is very easy to accept if you have not
studied the actual historical events themselves.
