LOL, obviously I'm picking on you a bit, have to expect that.

But let me elaborate. The general masses of people have a really hard
time putting ideas and concept into context. We see this all the time on
RGP, where people hear or read one thing and assume it's true no matter
what, and have no idea how to put it into context. SuperSteamer's post
about checking it down in a SNG vs. betting to protect a hand is a good
example of that.

So, while I think there was some merit to the ideas that Gavin presented,
I can just imagine the typical player reading that and saying "ahhh, so
calling is the best thing to do, and so and so pro said it was a weapon
that can be used" and it will turn them into even more of the calling
stations that we love playing against.
