Poker Tracker Add-Ons: Legal?

I purchased and installed a poker tracker add-on recently that displays
stats right above the player while I am in the poker room. My first
impression was that the software was boggy (not buggy) and tough to set
up (took about two hours to get it to my liking). Since then, I have
noticed that my BB/100 hands ratio has tripled, but my survey selection
is very small (about 1,000 hands since installing the software).

I can remember about a dozen hands in particular where I made a play
that I might not have made had I not had accurate stats on my opponent.

For instance, I laid down QQ last night after a guy who had only seen a
flop voluntarily 4% of the time after 150 tracked hands reraised
preflop. It was the first preflop raise on record for him, so Iaid
down my Q's. I would have Then, there was a hand where I had 66 and
was looking at an all-in reraise from an UTG player who raises preflop
33% of the time. I called him, and he showed A-5 offsuit.

Obviously, these aren't my regular actions in situations like these,
and since I'm using the software to make irregular actions, it seems
that I might be getting an unfair advantage over my opponents. I have
checked Ultimate Bet's (where I play the most) ToS, and I can't find
anything that strictly forbids this kind of thing. It seems to me that
if it is a product that is readily available to everyone, and it
doesn't compromise anything that I couldn't tabulate on my own anyway,
there is nothing wrong with it. However, if I found out it was against
the rules in any way, I would discontinue use in a heartbeat.

Thoughts?
