It's a turkey stuffed with a duck, stuffed with a chicken, stuffed with
stuffing. You have to mostly debone all three birds -- there's
apparently some way to do it while keeping the container intact and the
basic shape. I'm pretty sure you leave the wing and drumstick bones in
place on the turkey.
Reminds me of the old french recipe for an olive:
Take a large raw olive and stuff it inside a cornish hen, stuff that
inside a quail, inside a chicken, inside a duck, inside a goose. Bake
for 3 hours. When finished, throw away all the birds and eat the olive.
