Without knowing more specifics about your trouble, this is probably a
subject worthy of more practice. I'm not going to say that math is
everything in poker, but a firm grounding in the mathematics of
probabiliy, expected value, and pot odds is the foundation upon which
successful poker players are made. Yeah, it can be dry stuff, but you
gotta be able to run this stuff in your head quick-like at the table.
Other than that, lay off the multi-tabling until you get your
fundamentals down and most certainly DO NOT try to move up in limits
before you're a winning player at your current limits over a large
sample size (10k+ hands).
