My site has a bunch of links to stuff on O/8 by Badger, Duke, Kreiger,
and others.

My book, The Complete Book of Casino Poker has a chapter on general
hi/lo concepts, a chapter on O/8, and a chapter on 7/8.

I have an article on a PLO/8 hand recently on pokermagazine.com (I
think it was PLO/8, might have been PLO).

I think there are some very old posts on rgp where I laughed at people
who developed point count systems for O/8, but that's probably about
all I've posted here.
