Makes sense. After pouring over this document for the last week I
realized there were a number of things that I could have worded better.
The type of situation above is more along the lines of what I was talking
about.
My question 2a "do you go out of your way looking for coinflips?" should
have been worded differently, to take into account you are the one doing
the raising.
Question 2b would be more along the lines of yes, a situation is presented
to you where you have to call your stack away with what you're 99% sure is
a coinflip situation.
The written word is such a confusing beast :)
