Go real low on the carbs (fruit is usually pretty high in sugar), take
a really good multiple vitamin/mineral supplement (that Centrum or
One-A-Day crap doesn't cut it), as well as a good calcium/magnesium
supplement, a good vitamin C complex supplement, and extra potassium,
and eat all the meat, cheese and eggs you want along with some of the
lower-carb vegetables (say bye-bye to corn and potatoes).
