Re: worst run ever

I had a run of 6 games at the same level that killed me.
To start it off I was playing a $15 MTT on Pacific. 750 starting. First
hand I played was AK hearts. Flop came 2 hearts, I bet 60 and was raised to
$150. I called and the 3rd heart fell. He went all in and I called right
away. He hit the 2 of hearts on the river for a straight flush. Damnit,
that hurt.
Then my A10 lost to K10 rivering a straight.
My AA's lost to KK's on the river (K)
Played a live $10 game, where my AA lost to KQ with a K on the river for 2
pair.
Was short stacked, all in with 33. 22 called and hit the 4 flush on the
river.
Besides the first, none of them were that bad. It's just them all of them
happening in a row. Decided it was time for a break. Took 2 days off and
things are better now. Only played 3 but have been paid in all 3. I made
up for the first beat when I flopped a straight flush with 610spades and
chip leader flopped a straight. My only advice is when it sounds like the
poker gods have it out for you is to quit for a while.
