He has two overs, a gutshot, and a backdoor flush draw.

This is the only specific point I'm going to address in this post, because it is SO ridiculous. Any time AK doesn't pair or better it ALWAYS has two overs, and gutshots and backdoor flushes aren't very good prospects to stake your tournament life on. Beldin considers weak draws "hitting the flop," I do not.

The math says this is an easy call.
Standard poker theory states catagorically, if you must call, bet.

The fact that you're totally incapable of doing or understanding the math
shows you're an idiot.

This is what passes for strategy analysis from Beldin. Along with a obsessive fixation on "the math" as if odds of one specific hand against another was all there is to consider in playing a hand in a tournament.

It was entertaining, for a while, but gets old pretty quickly.

I would caution any new player reading this forum to beware any advice you see from "Beldin the "Sorcerer."
