You should have been raising with this hand. If you hit any 5, 9, T, or
A then you are going to be winning.

Yes.

You should have tried raising on the turn. With only one card left to
come your odds of making your hand are less, so you need to make up for
that by increasing the chances of your opponent folding.

Actually, you should be playing less hands. It's a bit
counter-intuitive I know, but I'll try to explain it to you. You see,
with the equal blinds there is more money in the pot than there would
be if the SB was half that of the BB. With the extra money out there,
players will be trying to steal more. So, if a player just calls and
doesn't raise then it must be because he has a really monster hand. You
should just fold right away before you lose any more money on the hand.
This is a very advanced concept that only a few players truly
understand.
