PokerRoom.com has 12-yr-olds for support

PokerRoom.com has the most unbelievably ignorant support team on the
entire planet. Witness the following exchange of emails with their
support over the past 2 weeks:

Email 1) The PokerRoom.com web page won't let me change my email, even
though I've logged on my account and gone to my Personal Settings to
change it.
Answer 1) "You can change your email by logging on your account and
changing your Personal Settings."

Email 2) Listen, I CAN'T change my email address. I *CAN* log in to my
account, but when I go to Personal Settings the changes I make do not
take effect. I have tried on more than one computer and it still isn't
working.
Answer 2) "You can change your email by logging on your account and
changing your Personal Settings"

Email 3) Please read my email carefully: your software isn't working. I
am loggin in with my account name and password successfully, but your
software won't let me change my email address or any other setting.
Answer 3) "Oh. In that case we need a copy of your government-issued ID
to change it for you."

Email 4) What? Why do you need my ID? I have just reported a software
problem and simply would like to see it fixed. I am loggin into my
account just fine, but it won't let me change my settings.
Answer 4) "You can change your email by logging on your account and
changing your Personal Settings"

Email 5) Um, NO I CAN'T. I have tried on 4 different computers on 3
different networks with 5 different browsers and it's still not
working.
Answer 5) "Oh. In that case we need a copy of your government-issued ID
to change it for you."

Email 6) OK, fine, I will cave in to your request. Attached is a copy
of my driver's license. Please change my email address for me, though I
still haven't received an answer as to why your software is not letting
me change my settings myself.
Answer 6) "You can change your email by logging on your account and
changing your Personal Settings"

Email 7) Attached are all of my previous emails and your responses.
Please read them. I can't change my email, and I have attached a copy
of my ID as requested so that your support team can make the change
manually. Please do so.
Answer 7) [no response]

AAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHH!!!
