I think you can only do what I did, that is, offer assistance. If
it's accepted, go for it. If it's passed on, keep your mouth shut.

This, however, does come back to a point that I've argued for awhile
now. Pokerstars has no business offering terms of a deal or beginning
negotiations at the end of a tourney. They should be available to
deal, but they should immediately beg off of any request for help with
a chop.
