Not exactly the same, I used Lottohat to run a one low five high
filter (01-24)-25-26-27-28-29 to 44-45-46-47-48-49 and found it
left 1,062,600 combinations or 13.2% which means if these lines
were distributed among the population there would be a jackpot
winner from this strategy in 13.2% of the draws and of course
all the lower tier prizes. There is no clear advantage to this
strategy though I confess I kind of like it.
