For example, after 165 trials, the probabilities are:
ahead : .463
even : .066
behind: .471
So if you had 10,000 players, after 165 odds bets on the 4 or 10, you
would expect roughly 4630 of them to be ahead, 660 to be dead even and
4710 to be behind, but the 4630 would be ahead by enough more to exactly
balance the 4710 that were behind.

Thanks Alan.....for proving me right.....more players are expected to be
behind than ahead!
This should end this discussion, right?
More players are expected to be
losing than winning on the right side odds bets!
The data posted support this. If this is what the discussion was about, it
should end it. You are vindicated and can take great pride in your
achievement.
The data posted above does not support the contention that the majority of
the players will be losing.
(You are NOT more likely to be a loser than not.)
nor does it nor does it support that the layer or taker of fair odds has
any monetary advantage.
(Alan's data does specifically speaks to this, the burbles of MoneyLA not
withstanding.)
More specifically, nothing you or anyone else has posted supports any
quantifiable effect at craps regarding ...
My original post was, "you are moe likely to lose your first right side
odds bet...and "IF" you lose your first bet, then you are more lkely to
end the game as a loser than a winner!
In a "fair" game, if you lose your first bet, you are more lkely to end
up a loser than a winner!
The concept is useless at the crap table. You will not demonstrate
otherwise. In fact, you never demonstrate anything, just as in this case.
But ... using the effort, knowledge and evidence provided to you by someone
else, you can rightfully declare yourself the WINNER .... and You can be
secure in the knowledge that you are fully entitled to claim from all and
sundry all that this achievement entails.
YOU ARE RIGHT!
