That's probably true but I have some sympathy for Redleathers. The adage that 'you need to know the answer in order to know where to look for it' is often true. I'm currently having problems with cluster analysis - the approach I'm using is clearly ineffective but I can't track down a better approach, probably because I don't know what to look for. A recent report shows that 45% of UK school leavers lack the mathematical knowledge to calculate the area of a room so it's perhaps unfair to assume that everyone has basic mathematical skills even amongst craps players.

It took me a couple of minutes to run the calculations in a spread*** - I hope readers find the posting slightly more useful than some of the casino spam.
