Where is it written that extending time at the table means you are
expected to lose money ?
The only thing that hurts you financially when making bets is the vig. The
effect of the vig on a players bankroll is negligible during a 1 or 2 hour
session.
The game is based on luck and anything can happen. The math says the more
shooters you see the closer you are to a shooter that will have a long
hand. This fact favors the player that has staying power at the table.
Luck + staying power - vig = a win
How do you like my math.
The one thing we can control is staying power.
Our chance to win increases the longer we are in the game. Luck is very
important but it changes.
Also, the hot shooter will come and it only takes one.
If all bets paid true odds would you still hold to your statement ?
