You usually will not know that a roll is hot until it's too late. Dice
rolls are random and independent so you will never know when the Seven is
going to show. Hindsight is 20/20. Obviously if you knew what you know
now, you can easily come up with a strategy that would maximize the win of
the hot roll, or any roll for that matter. In the end, it's a matter of
luck, just the way the game should be. There is just no right time or wrong
time to press.
