I have some disputes with Mr Shanks "methodology," including this
response I posted to Part 1 of "no result is likely":
I wrote:
Forgive my comically low IQ but, Mr Shank, I'd like to know why you use
examples of "one die" when craps is played with TWO dice?
The results of a one-die game would be different from the results of a
two-dice game, wouldnt they?
In a one-die game each face of the die is expected to show up 1 out of
6 times. You went to great detail to point that out.
In a two-dice game, as we all know, the combination adding up to 7
shows
up more than any other two-dice combination, doesn't it?
Is it then proper to use your "one dice table of events" to explain a
"two dice game?"
Doesn't the use of a second die destroy the equilibrium that your
single die enjoys?

I would certainly like a response. Maybe my "comincally low IQ" can be
improved.
