I emailed Edrena to find out about Ol" Whiskerface's recovery as we
hadn't heard from her in a while. After I emailed privately a few of
you her response, I thought that there were others of you out there who
were concerned, so I will forward what I gleaned from her missive.

Bob is on the mend, slowly, after having a few fits and starts. She
finally has him home and he sees light at the end of the tunnel, a
tunnel that looked awful gloomy for a while now. She is doing better,
as she has him home and can fuss over him properly. He is eating
better, as she can spice his food for him a bit, and with vitamins and
PT/OT he is making progress.

She thanks all for their concern and prayers and will probably be away
for a while yet, taking care of Bob. She is up and preserving a bit to
give her something else to do. I think she would appreciate it if we
all continued to keep her in our prayers.
