Warning, this is 1.5 hours! Somewhere in the beginning, he makes the
claim that the difference in metabolizing between HFCS and sucrose
An hour and a half is a little too long for me. Metabolism aside, and
granting that too much sugar is bad diet, I prefer the taste of cane
(or beet) sugar. No matter what the health effects are, the quarter
pound or so of discretionary sugar I use in a year might as well be
what I like.
