Must be a real workhorse.
Maybe I should reconsider. I should note that it appears
the tamales are rather small, judging by the cutter and
transport belt.
Criminy, the volume seems high. It looks like the
masa and filling can be independently managed, unlike
my tamale machine which has a fixed ratio. My machine
also has positive displacement pistons, which should
avoid the dough and filling texture problems mentioned
by the seller. I think this machine has screw extruders
and possibly paddlewheel feeders into the screws. Both
of those mechanisms would be sensitive to dough and
filling rheology. Very sensitive. I'll have to be
doing something else when this thing comes up for bid.
I'll avert my eyes until after the fact.
