slice off the top and take out the seed pod. I don't mind a few
seeds.

OT: This was a belated birthday celebration. Wife gave me a card
that was just up my alley, I burst out laughing. Outside says:

IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY!
I GOT YOU A CARD!!

opened, it says

THIS IS THE INSIDE OF IT!!!
