For breakfast???!!!

You are one sick puppy!! ;-P

Sorry, but I'm an adult and can eat what I want, when I want. ;-)

That's exactly right, but you're still a sick puppy ;-P

I rarely eat "breakfast food" for breakfast.

It's the "most important meal of the day", so whatever floats your boat
:-)

But my days usually involve a fair bit of physical activity, and it's
not real good doing it on a gutfull of steak, saurkraut etc.

A high protein cereal sound great to me.

Todays was leftover rib eye steak, some steamed cabbage with strips of
thinly sliced pork and some steamed okra pods. The veggies were
treated
lightly with a little butter and lemon pepper.

Dad is a bigger egg eater than I am. For him, I mixed up a fresh
chopped onion, some polish sausage and chorizo with garlic and tossed
that into the pan until it was done. To that I added 5 fresh eggs, 1/2
can of diced green chilis, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 2 chopped okra pods
and mixed that all together until the eggs were nearly done.

I dumped that all into a glass bowl, topped it with some slices of
Jack
cheese and nuked it until the cheese was melted. That also finished
off
the eggs.

The result was a fusion frittata. <g>

He loved it.

FAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARK!!! He's a big eater, yes?

I'm lucky to get through *2* eggs of a morning!!
