I would appreciate any online sources of reasonably priced

These folks have been around for over 35 years. Funky little store
that does a big business in gluten free etc. They package their own
bulk foods. Last time i was in there must have been a dozen kinds of
dry beans. Their turnover is fast too.

They would be really easy to do business "long distance" I think.
Owner's name is Will. Thirty years ago before we had all kinds of new
Americans here, Will started buying and bringing in rice in quantity
for restaurants who wanted more authentic stuff. Then more immigrants
started to come in droves.

Now we have at least tree good Asian stores a couple of Balkan/Slavic
stores, two African stores and a nice bodega & tortilla factory.
They're all doing fine. And so is Will!

He's got lots of "alternative people" customers and folks with special
diet needs like celiacs and has the best organic selection in town.
It's an old fashioned "peace/love/hippy beads/brown rice" kinda
place. Call 'em and ask for Will. If he's not there just tell whoever
answers the phone that somebody (me) from Fargo gave you the contact
info and recommended them.
